OMG is a grassroots provider of education, training and mentorship, delivering innovative learning programmes to some of inner London’s most disaffected and vulnerable young people. We focus primarily on engaging a community of learners predominantly from Tower Hamlets borough (50%) with multiple barriers to progression, be it educationally or through employment. We are a CIC social enterprise and offer a range of accredited and flexible courses with particular emphasis on the music and entertainment industries. Our bespoke programmes are designed to support young people at risk of further disadvantage to acquire skills, knowledge and self-belief, ultimately leading them to a job where they will thrive. In this way OMG addresses marginalisation head-on and creates opportunities for individual wellbeing and integration.
